OMAHA DOWNTOWN PARK

Can you fold the countryside into the city?

The proposal for a garden sanctuary seeks to heighten the feeling of proximity and comfort that the neighborhood already possesses, providing a place for inhabitants and visitors alike to find a bit of peace within the planting. In contrast to the soon-to-be-open Gene Leahy Mall, the Old Market Gardens will be a quiet neighborhood park, serving the community by giving them a place to connect, to recharge, to explore and to participate
